At Road Case Extrusions, we want to ensure you have the precise hardware needed for your custom builds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific list of extrusions or hardware components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that long-length extrusions are properly supported to prevent bending or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality and resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
